Response to Questions for RFS: NIMAC Event Planner/Consultant

  1. Question: How many participants are expected for the DC event?
    NIMAC response:         This number will be firmed up through some preliminary work being undertaken this fall. We expect it will be between 25-75.
  2. Question: Has a venue for the meetings been selected?
    NIMAC response:     Our plan at this time is to hold the meetings at the U.S. Department of Education’s Lyndon Baines Johnson Building at 400 Maryland Ave. SW, Washington DC, 20202.
  3. Question: Is there a budget for the event or does APH need to get sponsors?
    NIMAC response:     We have a budget that we expect will fully cover the costs of the event, including participant travel.
